1. Who is responsible for your information

Zakariyya Dexter, trading as Accuramentum, is the data controller for the personal information described in this notice.

2. What this notice covers

This notice covers information handled through this website, email, telephone, appointments, proposals, service delivery, invoicing, professional networking and limited business-to-business prospecting. It does not replace the privacy notices of external services you choose to use, such as Google Calendar or Facebook.

3. Information Accuramentum may collect

Website and assessment

The Demand Leak Assessment runs in your browser. Your answers and score are not sent to Accuramentum or stored by the assessment. The website host may process basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type, request time and security logs, to deliver and protect the site.

Enquiries and appointments

If you email, call or book an appointment, Accuramentum may receive your name, business contact details, company or trading name, website, service and location, enquiry situation, main concern, appointment details and correspondence.

Clients, suppliers and payments

For paid work, Accuramentum may also handle proposal and contract records, service requirements, materials and performance information supplied during delivery, invoice details, payment references and records needed for bookkeeping, tax and legal purposes. Accuramentum does not collect card details through this website.

Business development

Accuramentum may use limited professional contact information obtained from public business sources, referrals, networking, social platforms or directly from the person or their organisation. Marketing preferences and objections are also recorded.

4. Why information is used and the lawful bases

• Enquiries, calls and proposals: to take requested steps before a contract and for legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries.
• Service delivery: to perform a contract and manage the client relationship.
• Invoices, tax and legal records: to meet legal obligations and establish or defend legal rights.
• Security and improvement: for legitimate interests in protecting, operating and improving the website and services.
• Business-to-business marketing: for legitimate interests or consent, as appropriate, and only where the UK GDPR and Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations allow it.
• Optional communications: where consent is requested, you may withdraw it at any time.

Where legitimate interests are used, Accuramentum considers the purpose, necessity and effect on the person concerned. Direct-marketing objections are respected. Live marketing calls are screened against the TPS, CTPS and Accuramentum's own do-not-contact records. Accuramentum does not treat public contact details as permission to ignore those preferences.

5. Automated decisions

The assessment automatically totals the answers you select and displays an indicative result. It does not make a legal or similarly significant decision about you, and the result is not sent to Accuramentum unless you choose to discuss it.

6. Who information may be shared with

Information is shared only where reasonably necessary, including with:

• Google Workspace, Google Calendar and Google Meet for email, files, appointments and calls;
• OpenAI's Sites service and its hosting or infrastructure providers for website delivery and security;
• Mettle and relevant banking infrastructure for business banking and payment records;
• professional advisers, insurers or service providers where required for the business; and
• HMRC, courts, regulators, law-enforcement bodies or other authorities where disclosure is required or permitted by law.

Accuramentum does not sell or rent personal information.

7. International processing

Some suppliers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where restricted transfers occur, Accuramentum relies on the supplier's applicable UK adequacy basis or approved contractual safeguards and uses only the information reasonably needed for the service.

8. How long information is kept

• Assessment answers: not transmitted to or stored by Accuramentum.
• Unsuccessful enquiries and prospects: normally reviewed and deleted or anonymised within 24 months of the last meaningful contact.
• Do-not-contact records: a minimal suppression record may be retained for as long as needed to respect the objection.
• Client, contract and payment records: normally retained for six years after the relationship ends, or longer where a legal, tax or dispute-related reason requires it.

Retention periods are reviewed and information is deleted earlier when it is no longer reasonably needed.

9. Security

Accuramentum uses proportionate access controls, account security, reputable service providers and limited collection to reduce risk. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.

10. Your data-protection rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your information; object to its use; request transfer of certain information; and withdraw consent. You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing.

To make a request, email zakdexter@accuramentum.com. Accuramentum may need to verify your identity and will normally respond within one month. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office through its complaints service.

11. Cookies and similar technology

Accuramentum does not currently use advertising, behavioural-tracking or optional analytics cookies on this website. The hosting service may use strictly necessary technologies for security and delivery. If non-essential technology is introduced, visitors will be given an appropriate choice before it is used and this notice will be updated.

12. Changes to this notice

This notice will be updated when Accuramentum's services, suppliers or data practices materially change. The current version will remain available on this page.
