This website is operated by Zakariyya Dexter trading as Accuramentum ("Accuramentum", "we", "us" or "our").

2. When these terms apply

By using this website, you agree to these terms. The website is intended for people acting for business purposes, particularly owners and operators of home-improvement businesses. It is not intended to provide consumer services or personal advice.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website or assessment.

3. What the website provides

The website provides general information about demand systems, details of Accuramentum services and a free Demand Leak Assessment. The assessment runs in your browser, requires no account and displays an indicative score and suggested priorities based on the answers you select.

4. Permitted use

You may view the website, link to it, use the assessment and use its result for your own internal business evaluation. You must not:

• copy, repackage, license, sell or commercially exploit the assessment, frameworks or substantial parts of the website;
• misrepresent Accuramentum's content, identity, endorsement or relationship with you;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access, bypass security, introduce malicious code or disrupt the website;
• use automated extraction or scraping at a scale that interferes with the service or reproduces its protected content; or
• use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.

5. The assessment and website are not professional advice

Website content and assessment results are general diagnostic information. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, employment, regulatory or other professional advice. They do not replace an independent review of your business or advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

Assessment results depend on the accuracy and context of your answers. You remain responsible for decisions made using the website and should verify information material to your business.

6. No performance guarantee

Marketing and commercial outcomes depend on factors outside Accuramentum's control, including market conditions, pricing, reputation, capacity, sales handling and the action taken by the business. This website does not promise any particular number of leads, appointments, sales, revenue or return on investment.

7. Intellectual property

The Accuramentum name, branding, copy, assessment, scoring structure, frameworks, graphics and site design are owned by or licensed to Accuramentum and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. The limited permission in section 4 does not transfer any ownership or broader licence.

Third-party names, logos and services remain the property of their respective owners.

8. External links and services

Links to services such as Google Calendar, email and Facebook are provided for convenience. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Accuramentum is not responsible for third-party content, security, availability or decisions.

9. Availability and early-access changes

Accuramentum aims to keep the website useful and available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Content, features and availability may be changed, suspended or withdrawn. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users or Accuramentum.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, this free website and assessment are provided "as is". Accuramentum is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings, business interruption, loss or corruption of data, or loss arising from a decision made solely in reliance on the website. These exclusions apply only where reasonable and lawful.

11. Paid services

Website descriptions and prices are invitations to discuss a service, not a binding offer. Paid work is governed by a separate written proposal or service agreement covering scope, responsibilities, fees, payment and delivery. If these website terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the service agreement governs the paid engagement.

12. Privacy

The Privacy Notice explains how personal information is handled. Your assessment answers remain in your browser and are not sent to Accuramentum by the assessment.

13. Governing law

These terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from the website are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
